Leadership in Your Business The word team always makes us think of togetherness, working in harmony, and allowing each other to succeed no matter what! Employees also need to be informed of the daily workings of the business, so accountability to each other is imperative. Someone has to answer when things are not working. The team will start to manage the structure which creates an environment of ease. Upsets are quickly diffused. Gossip will cease, ideas will flow, and problems are solved fairly. Each player will not only think of the business as their own, but begin to ensure each others success.
