Susan Kolesar, Everyday Hero

This month we are privileged to honor a woman who is a Founding Mother of the Luzerne County Commission, spent 13 years on the statewide board for Pennsylvania’s Women’s Campaign Fund, spent 5 years with Studio CEO which helped to foster women entrepreneur’s and is the owner of the Artemis Media Group. Susan Kolesar has been a busy woman her whole life and has always enjoyed doing growth and development work in her own life.

She remembered back to the time before she started coaching with Primeco Education and noticed that she still wasn’t operating her life at the level of authenticity that she wanted. Through the coaching she has achieved a whole new level of authenticity and a greater acceptance of the powerful woman that she really is.

One of the areas that Susan had struggled with in her life was in the area of men and relationships with men. She had always felt the need to protect herself and has now become more vulnerable. One of the biggest insights that she has taken away from the coaching is forgiveness and acceptance of herself and everyone around her.

She realized out of the coaching that she is not a bad person and that she has a lot to offer the world. She feels that she has become a kinder and gentler person. She has had such a breakthrough around relationships and now feels that she is able to love others and be loved.

Some of the practices that Susan has taken on throughout her coaching and doing the Bravehearts Leadership Development Training program is to continue searching for books that inspire her and surrounding herself with people who support and nurture her. She is careful about what she is feeding her head. Most importantly she lives inside her vision every day!

Life for Susan now is all about taking on projects that make a difference. Right now she is proud to be working on a political campaign to affect change in the government in her area of Northeast Pennsylvania.

Susan has reinvented her business now to support her life and her dreams. She had a huge goal to have a place on the ocean somebody and accomplished it! She is in an amazing relationship with the man of her dreams and has been growing all of the relationships in her life to thrive at a whole new level. Her future plans are to continue staying involved in more local political activities and continuing to work towards spending more time on the beach!
