Having a personal coach was the best investment I have ever made in my life. It was the first time I have actually seen a return on investment like never before (ROI - bear with me I'm a business student).

The changes I've made are priceless and so rewarding. In this year of coaching I reached every goal I set out to accomplish and more. I am happier with myself than I have ever been and I am celebrating relationships that I never embraced. I realized that I am a perfectionist wanting the very best out of myself and those around me. No matter how many accomplishments I would make they were never good enough in my own reality. No matter how hard the people in my life worked I never saw it as good enough either.

My coach helped me to overcome this belief andnow I am able to cherish those people in my life and love myself.I responsibilities for my actions and I make time in my schedule for the things I enjoy. I am healthier and happier and am more successful in my career and personal relationships than I have ever been before.
